MCAD finally posted senior project exhibition photos! Thank the lord, my documentation was awful.
Out of Hand is a fast-paced graphic wonderland exploring what exactly is “too much”? Situations that require the most risk can often be the most rewarding. Fueled by the sum of everything fun on planet Earth, Out of Hand is a visual exploration into how limits, risks, and boundaries can be straddled in many situations to present new opportunities.
The exhibition was a display of the physical artwork created for my latest zine, Out of Hand, which you can pick up at my shop or at Desert Island in Brooklyn, NY if you’d like :)
Kind of like lava lamps but better! These jellyfish are real. They have died of natural causes, been harvested by these lamp makers, frozen in liquid nitrogen and encased in crystalline epoxy. They glow in the dark, due to the jellyfishes’ natural bioluminescence.
